SCAM!

NEVER USE THIS LAB! BILLING AT EMPIRE CITY LABS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Received a bill from them over THREE YEARS after the date of lab service for several hundred dollars. Because of the time lapse, neither my insurance nor Empire City Labs could give me any actual information on the claim, so I had just had to pay them the money to keep my bill from going to collections. Save yourself the trouble and find a different lab.

My daughters doctors office said the are in agreement with this lab BioFire under empire city Laboratories out of New York. They told the office staff that gi panels would be 150 after insurance.

I got a bill for 2500 dollars and it was filled under a different company. Doctor confirmed they sent it to empire city labs/biofire.

I’ve tried twice to reach empire city labs and no one will answer. It goes to voicemail and message are left unanswered.

They are lying to doctor office staff and creating false bills under secondary names. Doctors offices is now trying to get a hold of them too but no luck there either.
