Issue: non shipment with claim they dont know when it may ship. Claimed but has not updated tracking no. The. Finally said they had shipped out but nothing arrived.

Multiple calls and emails eventually reach company but no updates to my requested refund. Requested money back and cancel ordered order bc I have never received item. I paid extra for express shipping thinking it would come on time, as it was a gifs for an event.
