Same has happened to what people above had mentioned. Low price for a dog, everything moving fast and next day delivery on the puppy which seemed weird for a flight that had to be made. A lot of back and forth with Zelle or Cash App, no credit cards which should have been a big waring sign. Wanted it to stop when we saw the price of the crate and what they wanted. Now said they were going to press charges for abandonment of the puppy.

I have the same experience with this company. Requesting money to be sent by Google Pay or Apple Pay. After sending the money I got another request from Western Pet delivery service. They wanted money for a crate ($1,000), a Thermal Electronic crate and that they will refund the money either in cash or by check. I try to check their background before sending the money but couldn’t find any information about them. I canceled the purchase and they told me that I have to wait 21 days before they can send my refund money back. I refused to send the money and stop the request. I explained to them that I couldn’t find their company in the BBB website. I am awaiting for the refund but I realized that this sounds like a scam. I am trying to initiate a scam report without too much luck. I need help.

I reached out to this company regarding their cavachon puppies on their website. I quickly got a response back from them asking some basic information about if I have ever had puppies etc. I responded and it started the dialog to get a puppy. We exchanged many texts and phone calls and I felt comfortable that they were a breeding facility. They sent me many options for making payments. I then started receiving emails and phone calls that my transfer paperwork has been processed and that I would need a special crate for my puppy that I need to pay for up front and would get cash back on delivery. When I refused they said I would get charges brought against me for neglect. I quickly hung up and initiated this scam report.
