I received an email to do a survey about my visit to CVS the day before. I would receive a gift for my participation. I completed the survey and it sent me to the free gift page. This page does clearly display your responsibility for the shipping cost ONLY ($7.98). Once you select your item, you enter your payment info. Then you are promoted to hit the pay now. Once you hit the pay now, there is no other prompt. It does not show a breakdown, no tab to click terms, no prompt to add or remove items, it just runs your payment. No email of the purchase. Nothing!! What they DO NOT clearly disclose prior to making a purchase advertised as shipping ONLY, is that the purchase will charge you an additional fee ($9.95) and has also enrolled you in a monthly reoccurring charge of this ($9.95) fee. When you call the number listed for customer service it says you have reached them during non business hours, stats the business days/hours and you are calling during the stated business hours.
