Emily's Teacup Chihuahuas / puppy scam Reports & Reviews (3)

Emilys Teacup Chihuahuas and Theresas Teacup Chihuahuas...same person. She tried selling me a puppy that I found on Emilys Teacup Chihuahuas facebook page but after researching...Theresas Teacup Chihuahuas came up after trying to prove she was a legit breeder, the exact same dog was being sold a year ago, which she said was 3 months old, seems pretty impossible to me...so be careful with both pages. SOUNDS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM

BEWARE! SCAM! Group on Facebook and the administration of the group.

I loose my beloved pups last year. Searching for a long hair chihuahua find Emily’s Facebook. She ask where I’m located. I told her I was not in US but have family and friend that can pick up. She said she does not receive for pick up due security issues. I offer I can travel to pick up and I was offered a Pet transportation service for $200. Ask me which I want and I selected 2. Ask a lot of questions but didn’t receive an answer about what she means with parent information (if she means they are registered or the pedigree) ask what she means with health guarantee and no answer. Ask her about which vaccines the pup has and that will come with the papers. That when I receive the pup go to my vet and my vet will explain 🤨. A seller must know which vaccines the puppy has.

Ask if she has the parents or she receives the pups and no answer. Ask for photos of the parents and no answer. Ask that I will sent the money thru PayPal and that she is sorry. That she only accepts Zelle or Cash application. Ask for copy of the pup certificate or a copy of the vet record and no answer. A serious seller should not have any issues with that. Call and call to the number in the Facebook and no answer never ever and I tried like 5 times in different hours. Just that leave a message. What guarantee do I have sending cash with no evidence of what I’m buying. All this took me to search and yes I found is a scam 😡. How can so many people do this. She has also other groups and is at Instagram also with another name as Gina. Beware please.

Found on face book: Emily's Teacup Chihuahuas, Location :Denver Colorado. Wanted to purchase a Teacup Chihuahua and was told the cost for the puppy was 550.00. Down payment of 350.00 to cover transfer papers, with remainder on delivery. Said puppy was delivered to Inter-Transportation Service. The transport service contacted me email said puppy would be delivered to me. Received another email saying I needed to purchase a crate. Received another email shortly after that saying I needed to purchase insurance and pay for vet service. Then I got another email after that saying I needed a city permit costing 2100.00. They stated all money would be reimbursed back to me after delivery.

Unfortunately, I paid all but 1/2 of the city permit. Now they are saying if I don't pay the remainder, I will be taken to court for pet abuse.
