Individual by the name of Daniel Hartung signs contract for long-term service, then suddenly refuses to pay after service has been provided. No reasons given for refusal of payment, and refusal to explain upon request of this information. In this case, a custom website. This individual approved all details to move forward, signed contract, then refused to remit payment after website was built and payment was due (giving no explanation). He still demanded the product. My suspicion is that he was intending to scam our business out of payment that was owed, simultaneously stealing the product.
