Semi glue tide compound product… Zero support even though they managed to take the money on time. Filled one prescription, but not the second. Called to get status and was placed on hold and the call was never picked up.

I joined Embody; paid for the service/product and never received it. I attempted to email and call the company multiple times to report the missing product. But after a month I was charged again without receiving any product! Finally I reached someone via phone to cancel the service and they told me they could not refund my money!

High pressure texts and emails to sign up for weight loss. Credit card charged immediately before checking health details, and refuse to cancel. For days now they continue to say the medicine is delayed and refuse to cancel or refund the money.

Embody advertises a low cost GLP-1. Some bigger companies cost more and have an additional "med" subscription, so Embody targets people looking for a lower cost and no extras. The first month of GLP-1 arrived on time, but the second month doesn't. I paid for my second month's dose on September 8, and I get emailed every day saying that the "pharmacy has a backlog" and that "I'll get tracking info as soon as the pharmacy completes my order". The company claims it's in the USA, but I've heard it's in India. They bait and switch. I don't think I'll ever get my meds and then they refuse to refund money because they are sketchy.

3 month subscription for GLP 1 injections to be received monthly. I received emails saying there was a delay at the pharmacy. Then, I received a email that my order shipped via FedEx with a tracking number. However, when you look at the tracking number, it says that a label was created on 9/2 but FedEx has not received the package. I reached out to Embody via chat 3 times, I emailed once, I called 3 times. Each time, I was told my issue was escalated and I would get a call back within 24-48 hours which never happened. I asked for a refund and was told they have a no refund policy.

Embody telehealth sells GLP-1 medication. Took the payment for the GLP-1 and never sent the medication. I keep getting emails saying "sorry for the delay, medication with pharmacy, we are monitoring..." etc.

i SIGNED UP FOR TIREPIZIDE. I FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK AND THEY CHARGED MY BANK. IT SAID IN 24 HOURS i WOULD HEAR BACK FROM THEM- DID NOT. ON TELPHONE NOW FOR OVER AN HOUR THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. NOW THEY ARE SAYING 5-10 DAYS- NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED.

They promise to ship GLP-1 within 48 to 72 hours. I called on the fourth day and was on hold for over an hour. They emailed me said they were behind. On the 9th day I called, was on hold for over a half hour, and they hung up on me. I cancelled the order because it never shipped and I took a picture of it online showing that they haven't shipped it yet. They sent me an email saying they were keeping my funds and it wouldn't be canceled until Sept 5th. I cancelled it August 17 and ordered the product on August 8.

Upon signing up for glp1 program they immediately took my payment of $129 and did NOT receive product or any response or tracking for product. Very concerning.
