I ordered a dress online. Sent the dress back for a full refund as advertised on their website. They have not credited back my refund for the dress. Can't get ahold of anyone by phone as they have no phone number. I email them and an AI generated email comes back but they never help me or respond to my questions about my refund. I have my postal tracking info where I sent the dress back. It shows it was delivered to the front desk. See attached. They are just stalling for time.

I ordered a dress from this San Francisco company, but got a dress from the UK with no tags, cheap material of inferior quality which looks nothing like the picture online in their website. I could only contact via email to complain and ask for a refund. I was asked to provide three photos and reasons why I was returning the garment. It took multiple emails before I received a return slip with information to be sent to the UK from where I live in California. Cost: $33.34, half the cost of the dress. However, their packaging address was from Vernon, CA, 26 miles from me! I finally gave up and accepted their joke of a 15% refund for an overpriced, poorly made and inferior product! PLEASE SHUT THE DOWN!

Ordered and paid for a dress from this website that appeared legitimate. Had a story about 2 Sisters starting this boutique in San Francisco 20 years ago and the pictures on the site were very well done. I never order online and this is why. I kept getting emails about my order taking longer than expected due to volume of sales because of the current online sale. After over a week of tracking the order that was supposedly in transit I contacted the delivery company (Gofo) that was supposed to have my package and they informed me that they hadn’t received it yet. I filed a dispute with my bank and emailed Emblem to let them know. I found several similar complaints about this fake company and wish I had seen them before losing money. Now just hoping they don’t try to use my information to further the damage.

I purchased a dress from Emblem Boutique, an online store that claims they are based in San Fransisco and promises easy returns and a money back guarantee. I received a dress that looked nothing like the photo on the website. It was cheaply made and gaudy. When I requested a return, the company was evasive and kept asking for photos and video of the product in order to “better assist” me. They finally told me that since international shipping is costly and that I would need to cover that cost, it would be better for me to accept a 15% voucher for future purchases on their website. This is an absolute scam.

Ordered 2 dresses and the information on website said company in San Francisco but got dresses direct from China, no tags and cheap worthless horrible material and nothing like the picture!!! They have no phone number and can only reach them by email and have sent them 5 emails requesting info on how to send them back.. they first request pictures of items front and back and the tags but there are no tags!!! Then they come back and offer a discount for order something else from their website and never mention how to send back items.. goes back and forth and all they do is offer a bigger discount on ordering from their site and no option to send back items and get refund!!!! Total SCAM.. they need to be shut down!!!
