David Parks from PMG Associates first phoned my mother and ex-husband on a 2007 loan that was not paid off. They did not contact me at all.

I did call and left a voicemail for David Parks letting him know to no longer contact my mom or ex husband, he proceeded to call me back two days later, with the same script. Saying this was a motion that sent through Fort Bend. Then when I did not call him back he said that I would be served. The processor who claims he works with Fort Bend, Scott Fitzpatric called and left a voicemail for myself and my ex. Basically a courtesy call but did not have a residentail or employment address. His message did cut off.
