My spouse received an email that his Netflix or other accounton Roku would be cancelled. He responds to the email and is provided a number to call 805-421-4444. The person answering the phone stated his business as TV Support. My spouse went through all of the steps to reinstate the account(s) for HBO/MAX and DisneyPlus and now they have control over our tv. Our bank did reverse the charges. However, they keep calling him to inform that he has not paid.
