Ordered product as one time and they put on a subscription and gave no information of phone number or address. Only given an email, which I responded to several times with replies of no information found. I tried to cancel the subscription with no response.

I ordered an elderberry supplement. July 7. Have not received it even though I have emailed twice including information from the post office where the product was last located....It hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Post office informed me its not there and to file a claim. But since I am the buyer, the ins on the claim was paid by the seller Elvera. I informed them on the information from the post office, but all they keep looking at is it looks like its at a post office when the post office said no, its not there. I have requested a refund twice, and they are just giving me the runaround about looking into it further, but there is nothing more to do.
