I purchased a dress from ElvenForest's Etsy store. It took a long time to arrive, but was as advertised. A second product ($147) was never shipped. They moved off Etsy and have their own website. I bought two more items totaling $389 which never shipped. I contacted the company about receiving the items or a refund and included that I have all receipts. I received no reply.
