Used the website Ellie-Seattle.com with pictures of beautiful stained glass or resin figures of animals. When it arrives it is way way smaller and the quality is that of a middle schooler. Does not look anything like the website portrays. Then thay are willing to refund but you have to pay shipping or they give you a paultry 20% back. Lies cheaters scammers. The pic is what it was suppose to look like but i cant upload another pic of what it actually looks like

Product looks nothing like photos. Ads show high-end products but item received is low-value,cheap plastic with dull color, poor detail. Package takes a long time to be shipped. Order Mar 25 and arrived April 7. Package smells like chemicals. False advertising. Misleading “Seattle small business closing” story.

Ellie Seattle website (ellie-seattle.com) states lamps are handcrafted of stained glass. They are not. They are poorly molded resin with shoddy & missing paint, & chips of the lines missing. (These resin lamps can be bought from Walmart for under $14.) Site states there is a 30-day full price guarantee, however the item needs to be sent to China at the customer's expense within a 14-day window of the confirmation of return. The lamp was sent to me from California, but had to be returned to China. Lamps are only 6-7 inches tall. Images on website display a lamp that is nearly 4 times the size of what I received. The light bulb cannot be changed as the unit is sealed shut. This company's practices are misleading. They fraudulently claim the items are hand-crafted in their workshop - a true bait & switch. They claim to be going out of business with limited stock to induce pressure buying. They also boast that PayPal can be used, which it cannot. Buyer beware - this company is a scam. I lost $49.00.

The product is advertised as hand crafted stain glass and has beautiful pics of stained glass items. However, the items I received are not stained glass, feels like hard rubber to me; and while im no expert, I highly doubt they are handmade. The website does alert you that if you return items you are responsible for shipping but nowhere on the site does it inform you that it is international shipping that you will be paying for as the items are shipped from China. When I mentioned this to customer service they offered me an option to refund 20% of my bill and I could keep the items eliminating the need for me to deal with shipping. I told them I would accept that offer if they refunded 50% and they countered with 40%. I accepted the 40% offer to be done with this issue and company. I received notification that they processed the 40% refund and II am now waiting for it to post to my credit card, they say it can take up to 24 hours.

Buyer beware… bought 2 of the Shih Tzu dog lamps from Ellie-Seattle.com. Turns out they’re cheap plastic and not glass. One of them died on me and the wire melted - potential fire hazard. They wanted me to return to Asia at my expense or offer me a 10% discount. Moved it up to a 20% discount after I wrote them back saying it wasn’t right. I will be disputing the $83.16 charge with my bank. These things are junk. After looking at all the bad ratings, I could kick myself falling prey to this scam. The website looks AI generated and there’s no available phone number or address. Who’s to say they’ll refund me any money whether I return it or not? .

The company presents itself as a woman who is going out of business and retiring from making her handmade, figurine lamps. The looked to be maid of stained glass. My husband wanted to support a small business and purchased (3) lamps for Christmas. After the purchase, he got the notification that the lamps were being shipped from China, not Seattle. When he received the lamps, the best description would be closest to cheap plastic blow molds that were poorly spray painted. He was actually so embarrassed by the whole experience, that it wasn’t until the page actually came across my Google, that I was able to have the information to file a complaint.

I ordered lamps from a company that posed as a legit company called Mr. Glow. IT's a scam company and I reported them to my bank after I spent money to buy their advertised product online. It looks like they moved their operations to another fraudulent website that also scams called "Ellie Seattle". I am informing you because I don't want people to get scammed like I did.

These fake companies advertise on Instagram!!

Figurine stain glass electric lights at 80% off, sale price of $44.95 for the “companion” (dog) light from Ellie-Seattle.com. What was mailed was a poorly constructed plastic light that looks like it came from the dollar store. Contacted for refund via [email protected] and they require you to return item to China at your own cost with no guarantee of refund. The other option was 10% refund.
