Ordered a dress from EllaAura.com. Keep getting a run around. They keep saying it was shipped . Now no answers at all on emails to [email protected]. I lost $38.

This company’s website, Ellaaura.com, deliberately misleads American consumers with it is website claiming to be headquartered in Flagstaff, AZ. I placed an order but had not received a tracking number so I reached out to their support email, [email protected]. After multiple back and forths of bland reassurances from the “company” which offered no actual update on my order, only that it was “on its way”, I was finally told the items were being shipped out of Hong Kong and delivery could take 2 months. Meanwhile, this company was still offering “Easter” dresses on its website as late as 3/31/26, 4 days before Easter.

What’s more unfortunate is how carefully this company worked to hide the details of their business practices. This company is fraudulently misleading American consumers, and hopefully based on the amount of complaints received March 2026, will be shut down immediately.

Strongly recommend not making any purchases from this company.

I ordered a dress through the website EllaAura.com from a Facebook link. I paid $64.60. I received an “on its way” email approx 2 weeks ago with a tracking/shipping number marked “standard shipping”. However, tracking does not exist on FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I have yet to receive the product - other people apparently have experienced the same problem and if they did get their product, it was less than desirable and not as advertised. I have contacted through their website to receive a refund but doubt they will respond.

They have a store on facebook. I ordered a dress through Ellaaura.com and it came in not looking anything like the picture. I reached out to them about it wanting a refund. They told me I couldn’t get a refund because I used a coupon. I put a comment on their page about it and instead of reaching out to me they blocked me from their whole page.

Ordered dress from EllaAura.com that looked nothing like the advertisement. Very cheap and thin. Attempted to return based on directions. Return e-mail carrie’s you to error page. I lost $34.20. Their email is [email protected].
