I returned the glasses, but they did not issue a credit. They claim they did not receive it in spite that I have a proof. This is a SCAM!

They took my $639.97 order for frames and premium prescription. Claimed not to have frames in stock but something very similar, they would send to me and I would either return for refund or return for getting the alternate frames filled with my RX. I didnt like the alternate product. The frames were ordered from eliteeyewearstudio.com but were shipped from Amazon, with a gift return receipt, which had a link that produced a return slip, BUT it assigned a value of the frames of $140 less than the frame price on EES.com...They had excuses that they were waiting for Amazon to restock, which has been done for days and they are no longer responding to my emails. Amazon credited $130, but I am out $510. Very dissapointing and fraudulent

This glasses website says it has one left in stock of whatever glasses frame you want. The n takes your money from your entered credit card, steals the credit card info and then never processes any order. Call and emails go unanswered. The phone number listed is an ad for "Phone jack" device.

Ordered a pair of designer sunglasses and paid using my credit card. Received a confirmation email with the order number. Followed-up about a month later when product still hadn't arrived and found out the credentials for this company are invalid. The number is disconnected, my email went unanswered, and their Facebook page is nonexistent. That's all I needed to see to know that I had been scammed! Sure enough, looked the company up on Better Business Bureau (BBB) and saw the long list of complaints from other scammed customers. DO NOT ORDER from them! (Not attaching an image of the email I received because it has my personal details listed.)

Ordered glasses from this business Armani exchange. Bank shows money has been taken out of my account but on website page for orders payment pending. Tried calling goes to voicemail leave order number, name, telephone number we will get back to you. Emailed them still no response, so I go to the BBB and I see 17 complaints the same as mine. I think they are scamming people out of their money for glasses they don't have. I paid over 220.00 and haven't received a word or email. Next time I'll check with BBB first. It's a shame people do this

I ORDERED A PAIR OF EYE GLASSES FRAMES ON 5/29/2019. THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL CAME WITH THE STATUS "AWAITING PAYMENT", WHICH HAD BEEN MADE. TO THIS DAY MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. I JUST WANT A REFUND. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
