The ad popped on my iPad, the product (bra tees) supposedly had great reviews and I recited an email saying they would be delivered in 14 to 21 days. I was given an order number - 1227-108980. No further communication. After reading negative reviews I have been trying to contact them to cancel the order and the email I have Elishacharm.com comes back as address not found and I don't have another. My order was August 31 which is within the 14-21 day lead time I was told originally but not since I can not contact them and after I have read so many negative reviews I am wanting to cancel the order and get a refund. Any help you can give is appreciated. I feel like the company is targeting seniors hoping we won't report them.
