I ordered 3 pairs of ladies pants on line and it took 3 weeks to arrived. The quality of fabric was very poor and the size large didnt fit me. Wrote an email to their support team immediately asking for a return address and a full refund. The vendor gave me two options; 1. Return the pants to them and pay $25/pants which totals to $75 without counting tge shipping cost. 2. The vendor woukd reimburse me 10% of what I paid, $76.46 which amounts to $7.64 but I can keep the pants. These two options are unfair and unethical. I want my money back and I will return the pants that are worth less than $10.00 total. Thank you.

I ordered merchandise on Aug. 11, 2026. The payment was immediately deducted from my bank account, and the merchandise was never received. I emailed the customer support address three times, and got the same message back each time, all claiming that they are experiencing a large volume of customer requests to which they will respond in 24 to 48 hours, with no other response ever received. After trying to find an actual phone number for the company (which apparently doesn't exist), I decided to report them through ScamPulse.com. I will continue to try to get my money back, but I will probably need to replace my debit card and go through my bank's process of getting my money back.

I ordered 7 pair of women's plus size pants and 2 Women's bras. When I received them, they were not the quality that was described, fit was too small event though i ORDERED BIGGER Than MY NORMAL SIZES. THE QUALITY AND DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS WERE TOTALLY NOT CORRECT. THE BUSINESS ITSELF HAS SEVERAL NAMES IT USES, Lydia, Elvira, Elisacharm, Hana bras, The order number for the pants was #1227-62854 and the order number for the brass is 1227-71155. I have not hear from the companies as to how to return the items and where to return them in 3 days.

they said that they were experiencing a high volume of messages, and that they were working hard to respond within 24-48 hours. I expect a full refund including all mail charges and I request that they be know to the entire United States of the scams they are pulling. You can read other complaints. I will wait t hear from you hopefully soon. The total amount I expect back is $175.85 and any additional mailing fee. Thank you Celeste Denecke

I am writing regarding the non-delivery of my order from ElisaCharm.

Approximately three months ago, I purchased undergarments from ElisaCharm after seeing their advertisements while playing games on my mobile phone. I found the products appealing and placed an order through their website.

However, despite the lapse of more than three months, I have not received the products. I have repeatedly followed up with the company and have only received emails containing tracking details. The tracking information incorrectly shows the order as "Delivered," whereas I have never received the package.

I have attempted to contact the company regarding this issue, but the matter remains unresolved. The company has neither delivered the products nor provided a satisfactory explanation, replacement, or refund.
