2 weeks use out of a year long fee

I purchased a windows 2010 update for $109 I recieved the key code after a couple of attempts I managed to get the full and upgraded use of my windows. However today just over two weeks of use and I can no longer get into any of my documents as it is telling me my keycode is invalid. I'm shattered as i need to be able to get into my documents for a project I have coming up in a weeks time. How can people like this continue to scam innocent people with blatant lies and broken promises. I wish someone could track down all these false and rip off organisations and shut them down to protect the innocent ones.

My experience with Electronic Billiger is that they are a bunch of thieves. After ordering software through them, I got nothing. I stop payment after several days, but found that the payment went through today (over $109.00). I got nothing from them. No software, and no key. I want my money back. Im 78 years old and can't afford to lose that money. They steal from old people!

Within OurGroceries iPhone app, I received a banner ad posing as Amazon. The bait was to try to win an iPad Pro. A screen was presented to select three boxes as a change to win. I was informed that I had won the iPad and needed to pay shipping to receive the iPad. Shipping costs were stated as $19.73 which I paid with my debit card. About a week later additional charges began showing from this company (not authorized) and another company (totally unrecognized company from Germany). Lists of companies involved are below plus any other details I was able to gather. I called my bank to cancel that debit card and begin fraud investigations. Plus, I am stupid for falling for it to begin with!
