I've read previous statements before and it was spot on. It is set up just like a normal transaction with confirmation numbers and all, everything looks legit. You only realize it has the potential of the scam when your tracking says package was delivered but no package. This happen to me twice and customer service was "kind" and available through the "process". They even play the card of suffering losses with this, as the product was sold at a very low price and they would appreciate if we could understand their difficulty, only wanting to reimburse 70% of the cost. To this day they are still saying they will return the money but we all know that's never gonna happen.
