This company's website masquerades as a federal government link for submitting your EIN application. The website's domain begins with the letters "irs" so users will think it's a government site. The application on the website asks users to enter personal information just as the official IRS website (ssn, name of business, address). They charge a fee for a service that I later found out is free through the IRS. Luckily, my credit card did not process the transaction but now now I'm concerned by personal information has been comprised.

There have been several online complaints that I've found once I realized this was not the official IRS website. According to this website multiple unsuspecting people have been scammed of their money and their personal information may have also been compromised (https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/irs-ein-application.com).
