I clicked on a sec website to get a EIN tax number for a new business kept following the links filling out the stuff and then last bit I didn't know how much they cost never had gotten one before and they said $260 and so I paid it and then my fiance tells me it shouldn't cost more than 10 dollars so I got scammed majorly

I used this site to file an application for a EIN Tax ID number for my business. I ented personally identifiable information in the application. When i became suspicious about the application I submitted, I contacted their phone number on the site which was (424)325-0326 to cancel my order for a full refund. I called several times. It kept going to voicemail. I also emailed their contact email [email protected] and requested to cancel my order and delete my application. After a few minutes I received a text message from a random number (856) 314 - 5782 saying my EIN was ready to use. This is definitely a scam. Do not use their website!

I just visited their website again and saw that they removed their contact number which was (424)325-0326.
