I ordered clothing and received a delayed shipment. The items were of very poor quality and not as advertised. The website said easy returns. I could barely reach anyone about the return and then they requested information like pictures of me wearing the clothes to show if it was a size issue for them to report to the quality team. I’ve since received automated messages and an offer for a partial refund. They suddenly changed their website URL and sending correspondence from another store.
