Had a perfectly functioning pool. Hired Eric Garcia with EG Elite Pools. Hired to replaster and update decking. Left last known address without completing but has most of the money. Not only is decking horrible it is chipping because the steps and products used were not properly done. Left me without a plastered pool. Started project in March 2021 as of September 2021 stopped communication. Does not live at last known address. Other people have reached out to me letting me know that they are victims of his work as well. Paid him $22,500 for a $30,000 agreement. Plus he agreed to reimburse me the $2,400 I paid out of pocket to redo his tile work and have not received. Missed on my grandchildren who stay during summer and many celebrations.
