I was scammed because when I was buying the tickets they said I had a right to cancel and had to pay extra to be able to change my flight. My mom had surgery and I needed to change my flight and they’re not letting me. When I go to the airline website they said that the last names don’t match the reservation. We had bought two tickets. One for my mom and the other for me. I noticed that in our info they also have our birthdays off by one day. They said they would call me back for my options and they called me from a United Kingdom number and I answered but they hung up.

ALAS, PURCHASED ONLINE. 5xx turned out to be 8xx.00 with additional add-ons to include 3 different trip cancellation insurance charges. Change date insurance… etc… i spent hours to try and get any of my money back. Both online, chat bot. Pointless. On the phone, crooks trained to take more of your money as to standing by the words they took your money in the first place. Countless drop calls, hours of waiting. Let’s not even mention the emails that never get answered and when they do, its sorry but we are keeping your money or it can take up to 7 months to issue refund despite by eu law its 48 hours. One thing after the other.

CRAZY PART. Terroristic behavior. I purchased a one way ticket to Paris. They generated a whole itinerary with airline in my name as far as the returned trip with dates and times. I had not agreed to this. But they are in practice of telling airlines that you are traveling on days that you are not.

Again. This company took me for over 1000.00 and tells me that i will not be getting my money due to its their right not to refund me anything.

Good luck. And i do not see how this company is permitted to have websites that appear on most commonly used search engines… GOOGLE.
