As an advance, "Edgepoint.biz" (Nathaniel and/or Rachel Jacobs) wants my company to sign a "Fee Agreement" and a "Limited Power of Attorney" that will:

1. Authorize "Edgepoint.biz" to act as the agent of my company if "Edgepoint.biz" locates funds, or recovers funds held by Others (e.g. my company's bank, or the government); and

2. Require my company to pay a fee to "Edgepoint.biz" in excess of 33%, if "Edgepoint.biz" locates any funds that belong to my company, or recovers any funds that belong to my company.
