Employment Task Scam - Crypto Commissions

I have a work account on Edelman platform. It's an online platform and I did 40/40 tasks of placing orders on Amazon and giving good comments. This platform uses usd coin (crypto) for deposits and withdrawals. I make commissions from the tasks. After doing 40/40 tasks for 2 days, I received the first bonus at 1.7k usdc and second bonus at 8k usdc. I tried to withdraw the funds but I got my work account frozen. I had to deposit 14k usdc to solve the problem. Then my account became an inactive account and I had to deposit 28k usdc to solve the problem. On the third day I got a third bonus at 477.8k usdc while I was doing the tasks. They said there is more than 500k in my work account, I had to deposit 114.7k for setup of large amount withdraw channel. Then they asked me to deposit 165.5k to pay 33% tax for the bonus. Their CS staff said the tax amount will be returned to my work account which they did. While It took me more than two week to gather the tax amount at 165k. Their CS said that I did it after the deadline and my credit score was down to 90. I had to deposit 150k to raise my credit score in order to withdraw the funds from my work account. After I deposited the funds required, there is 1004k usdc in my work account. The platform still stopped me from withdrawing funds. The senior manager said that because of more than 1 million usdc in my work account, I need to show proof of savings at 502k usdc in my crypto wallet in order to withdraw funds from my work account. The senior manager said that it is to fulfill the anti-money laundering Act. The platform never let me withdraw money from my work account. I told the senior manager that I just wanted to get back the funds I deposited at 310000 usdc but she said no.
