The main culprits I worked with were Trey Russell and Pierce Walker. I believe Charlie Peretich is also another "account executive." All they do is shop your application all over the place, lying the entire time about this mythical SBA 7A loan you've been approved to get for hundreds of thousands of dollars, just to make huge commissions on the usurious merchant cash advance scams, er, "deals."
I've been lied and defrauded by MCA companies before. Never before did I think they would forge a government document. These crooks belong in JAIL. And I would love to bankrupt their company like their onerous MCAs they deceived me into (telling me I could "pay them off with the SBA loan coming in 3-5 weeks") are about to bankrupt mine.
Through ECP, I was saddled with a combined $126,215 of debt on only $85,000 loaned for a whopping 48.5% interest rate over a period of less than 100 days. Besides this being legalized usury, I never would've taken the first MCA with them if it weren't for the "approval" of the SBA 7A loan I was told I had that would be funded in 3-5 weeks.
