When I arrived to their office, everything gave me all bad signs. I noticed an office in the building on first floor, but the instructions read to go up to an office on the second floor. It was inside a building that had multiple leasing office spaces. As I approached the office, I walked in and the space was extremely small, no signage, and it was very unorganized. Van Nguyen proceeded to ask me for my identification and social security card in order to further discuss the employment opportunity. Again, I ignored my gut feeling, and proceeded to give her my information. As she described the position, she asked questions and said that she would be taking notes. Hardly saw her interested in my responses since she had already taken the information she wanted. Then said she would get back to me with a response from the potential employer. It’s been over a month and haven’t received any communication. Just an alert that they’ve checked my credit. Please beware. Whether it’s Van Nguyen or someone else at Echo Staffing. Don’t trust them. I highly regret it.
