While browsing online recently my computer was running slow and a window appeared with instructions to call. I was on the phone with "Richard Simmons" for 45 minutes who had remote access to my computer and said he had found all sorts of problems. He offered me 2 service plans - one was a $699 for 2 years and the other was $799 for 3 years. I opted for the 2 year plan and paid with a credit card.

The computer worked fine for a while but several days later the problems got worse.

After receiving a popup on my computer I called the company and paid $299 with my debit card for tech support services. I had not intentionally given them access to my PC. However, my mouse cursor was moving remotely so they clearly already had access. I have called both my bank and ScamPulse.com for guidance/assistance.
