We are looking for a tractor with backhoe. NortonMachinery.com had one for a really good deal. Most likely $10k under value. They would ship it from Cleveland to Washington for a fee. The person I spoke with was a woman. She had me fill out my information online and they emailed me an invoice to review and approve. I would need to pay up front to arrange for shipment. I couldn't find company on BBB. I went to Zillow and looked at the address and it was a vacant lot. When she called me back to follow up on receipt of invoice, I told her the address was a vacant lot and she hung up the phone on me.
