BUYERS BEWARE!!! NEVER purchase a flight ticket through E-dreams. They will issue a wrong itinerary on purpose and won't be giving you a refund anytime soon. I booked a frontier flight via E-dreams for 3 passengers on June 27th. They gave me a wrong itinerary for the flight when I had selected what I wanted to purchase. An error message came up on the screen and when I said I didn't want to proceed, they still ended up booking the flight for me. As soon as I found out about the error, I went to Frontier airlines' website to cancel the flight. This process took me 10 minutes. Then, Frontier refunded the money back to EDreams Mastercard. The money was never refunded to the original payment method or my credit card!!! I've been waiting for about a month now. Edreams keeps telling me that I will get my money back within 72 hours or 10-14 business days!! Sometimes when I call or message them on Facebook, they say that they are requesting it from the airline which is false because I have already cancelled it directly through Frontier airlines!!!! This has been such a hassle and huge inconvenience!!! I'd like to get my money back asap! E-Dreams is a fraud/scam and I have no idea why they are still in business if they are going to keep stealing people's money! I want to find a solution for this issue soon and I look forward to your assistance!!!
