The brand owner / company told me to go to the post office same day. The post office showed a document. He put the wrong address. *** ********** ****** I confronted him about it he said he couldn't find my rightful address which is *** ********** **. It happened again may 6,2025 10:33 it says insufficient address may 14 ,2025 12:43, it said return to sender process same day at 1:14pm .
I paid thru apple pay, he set up the payment since his website wasn't working i sent the 130. After the incident like i stated before he put the wrong address in after i got a second report of insufficient address i texted him the screenshot he responded saying he wasn't home and etc i replied saying i wanted my money back may 6 2025 at 12:40. He said he didnt do refund which i felt like it was unfair , i never got the product. He continues to apologize nd say " it will be sent back to you asap, Ive communicated well"
