I booked an appointment with @caethastylist for April 22nd (my prom day), and I paid $125 through the app via Cash App. She told me to drop my hair off 3 days before the appointment, but I’ve been trying to reach her since April 18th and have gotten no response.
I’ve reached out through every method possible—DMs, emails, the booking app—you name it. She’s been posting on her personal page (which she follows from her hair page), but still ignoring all my messages. It’s extremely stressful especially since this is for PROM and I need to figure out what I’m doing now.
To make it worse, I had to input my personal card information, including my name and address, just to book through her site. Now I’m genuinely scared that she might use it without my permission in the future.
This whole thing has caused me emotional stress and unnecessary panic during what’s supposed to be a special time. I’m warning everyone: do not book with her. She is unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about her clients.
