I went online March 13,2025 to Divacc website ordered 2 tops and a dress for a wedding, I also have pictures from items on the website that I thought I purchased and pictures of what I actually received. I continuously emailed back and forth with so called customer service and only get same “automated general” responses, my questions are not answered! They have return policy but at my cost, I however disagree because I did NOT receive what was represented on their website, so why would I pay to ship it back, when it isn’t what I ordered originally?
