I received a phone call with a message stating that I need to call immediately to resolve this issue. They asked if this was me by name, and left their name asking that I call back. Two days later when calling back, no one seemed to know what I was calling in regards to. Then a week later, I received the same message with the same individual who called before. This time I returned the call and spoke to that person. She said she was transferring me to someone in the fraud department. After that, a second person answered. She asked for me to take a copy of my driver's license and email it to her, which I refused to do. Then she said that she couldn't help me with my account unless I gave her this information. I told her that I DON'T have an account! I also said this is why I was transferred to you because of fraud, and this is supposed to be the Fraud Department. She apologized, saying, "Oh I'm sorry, what's your SSI?" I was like, I'm NOT giving you my SSI. Anyhow, I said I don't have a Discover Card, didn't apply for one, and hung up.
