Initial email: Hello,
I’m reaching out on behalf of my company in Berkeley CA. We’re looking
to order charcuterie boards or a grazing table for our event on July
26th, which will have around 100 guests for a company anniversary and
retirement celebration. Could you confirm your availability?
Our accountant will need an online invoice for ACH or bank
transfer—QuickBooks or HoneyBook preferred. Please let me know if this
is possible.
My response: Hello Tiffany-
We are available on July 26. Could you give me more information on what you’re looking for so I can give you a quote? I can do large charcuterie boards, fruit boards, vegetable boards, bread/cracker boards… or we can do a grazing table that includes everything.
Her response: Hi, I’d like to order a Flat Lay grazing table for 100 guests for a
corporate event that will run from midday until evening. The grazing
the table will be the main food source, and I’m looking for high-quality
items, but within a $3000 budget if possible.
We’ll have two 8-foot tables for the setup at the indoor venue:
,I only need setup—no cleanup
required. The event will be held at 2299 Piedmont Ave. Berkeley, CA 94720
Full payment can be made in advance. The company accountant will
handle it if you can send an invoice via quickbooks if you have that option.
*I’ve asked for a company name and venue contact, but I’m assuming I won’t hear back with that info. Be careful out there!
