It presented itself as Deluth Trading Company having a Christmas Sale. I ordered eight items and my sister ordered five for a total of 73.12. When they were not delivered I emailed them. They said it was delivered. Then said they would resend our orders. Then I asked for a refund. After several weeks without a refund I emailed them. They said the refund was sent. I received 8.11 for one item. I emailed them again. They said I need to be patient. The original orders were December 11, 2024. It is April 15,2025. After 17 emails no product or refunds. The only email I have is Customer Service Team
