Bought a pair of shoes from https://therackonteur.com/ they took my money plus another $8. I filled a complaint with pay pal about the extra $8 dollars they charged me. Pay Pal refunded me the $8 but I still lost the original $54. I never received tracking info and my package was never shipped. Their phone number doesn't work and their email is invalid.
