It took me over a year to pay a grille off but back in November emperor of last year, I made the final payment after the payment. I was told that it would take 30 days for my grill to be received back to me. It is now the end of January and I have still not received the product and they continue to tell me that it is just being worked on a lot of other people have complained about the same problem that I have and claim they never received their grille also as well.
