I purchased 2 pair of 'Clarks' (an English brand) sandals through Somewey (via FB) - which took over a month to arrive, and upon opening them one sandal was broken and the other weren't the right colour. The quality was so inferior to what Clarks sandals are - they are a rip off - and false advertising. I contacted Crogreat (numerous times) who first suggested I fix the sandal myself and they would give a 15% discount, then lastly they would offer a 20% discount towards the shipping back costs, then they would give me a refund - and asked me to leave positive feedback - yeah right! I say don't deal with them...

Purchased 2 pairs of pants. The size chart was not even close to accurate. Contacted for an exchange...Eva (the customer service rep) stated: "We are very sorry to hear that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction. As this product is our hot product and we received good feedbacks from many customers. Everyone’s body shape is different, so there will be a little difference in size. In this case, we would like to issue a 10% refund of the product to you to satisfy you and you could keep the item. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or donate it to someone who like it."...give it to someone because they incorrectly size their size...is that even logical...I told Eva that was unacceptable and she said: "she would give 15% but I would have to pay the shipping for new items (exchanges) to be sent"...also, there are multiple physical addresses and email addresses...trying to hide something? They represented themselves as an American company & products made in America...STAY AWAY...just another SCAM from China!

I bought a battery operated dog which looked like it was going to perform a multitude of tricks for over $50.00 when the package arrived it was a dog that bounced and that was it and should have cost $15.00! what can we do about scams like this one?

I also bought for my grandson and how disappointed he was. False ad and cheap product, which is most likely why Chinese companies like this one get so many people duped.

My wife saw thus advertisement on Facebook and she even showed to me...what it appeared to be a very realistic puppy. So she secretly ordered one for me as a surprise because she knows I love dogs but we can't have them because she's allergic.

Two months later she finally got the package and that excitement she had turned into anger when she saw this sort of plastic dog with a crooked leg inside a squashed and beaten box. Naturally they won't answer any e-mail or take any calls. I'm wondering if anybody can track down this company and report them. It's not about the money in the end (although it hurts to waste it), it's the expectation as well!

My experience was like everyone else's. No refund. No replacement. They wanted to bargain for small percentage refund as if they were saving ME money on return because they won't pay for return. I pray everyone get their money back even if it doesn't come from this crap company. I pray God burn their business down to the ground and save their souls. Forgive them God for this transgression. Wish I had read these reviews before I bought the realistic little dog. I thought to myself how can a toy perform all of these realistic movements? Simple. It can’t. The ad is of a real dog. The toy doesn't move at all. When I used the little card enclosed to seek a refund, I. noticed the card was no larger than a standard business card with just an email address printed on it. They responded to my email right away and asked that I send a video of the toy. I told the. The video would show the same thing a still picture would. Just a picture of a stationary toy dog. It doesn't do anything. They offered about $5 refund so I could avoid the $20US to return the defective toy plus shipping on a replacement item. You know that sick feeling you get when you know you’ve just been scammed? The item is stamped “China”. Of course it is.

I have ordered realistic husky toy for $35,95, what I got is awkward, pink bad quality poodle like looking thing, in squashed box worth like $3. When I emailed for refund, been basically told that they don't understand how is possible that I'm not satisfied as they have positive feedback from all of their customers and offered 10% back, yeah right.. so I emailed again, that I'm definitely not happy with this etc. and I want all my money back, answer was that they can't do that but they have exclusive offer for me.. 20 % back off or I have to pay $20 postage.. so yeah what a great experience and when I read the rest of these comments I'm not alone.. do not buy anything ever with these [censored].

I ordered a cute husky pup that will follow me around and roll on its belly. etc and I received a beat up box that contained a pink cocker and the box said it was for 3 years and up. Of course, it was made in China and does NOTHING. I am furious and something should be be done about this and obviously, other items being allowed to advertise. Disgusting.
