On 1/30 I made an online order with Cremsy.com totaling $95.88 (copy of confirmation is attached). To date as of 2/15, I have not received my order. When I went to reconcile my bank account, I noticed they instead withdrew $97.80.

Granted, this is a very small amount. However, it is my belief that this is a customary practice of this business to withdraw a little more than the amount agreed upon - just enough that it's not worthwhile for the consumer to report or complain about. I am only able to upload one document on this form, but I also have a snapshot of my bank charge showing that $97.80 was withdrawn on 1/31 by this organization.
