The quality of the equipment that was purchased was not what Cowgad represented on their website, or their Facebook and Instagram advertisements. They misstated the actual quality and usage. Also, much of their positive reviews appear to be fabricated. Tried over 2 months to contact their according to the return process listed on their website and never received a response with the instructions to return. Tried both email addresses their provided and no responses. Many complaints on social media comments, which are hidden or get deleted quickly.
