I received a bill in the mail from Corporate Document Services at 1032 15th St NW PMB233, Washington, DC 20005, USA, asking for my businesses annual filing. They had my business name, address and MD ID number on the form. It looked real and they even provided a preaddresses return envelope. Thank goodness I asked my bookkeeper about it!!

Just recently happened to us (CPA firm in MD) as well. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Disgraceful.

Received a letter from Corporate Document Services and sent a form called "Corporate Meeting Minutes Annual Statement". I am a single owner LLC so there are no meeting minutes. Has a respond by date and asked to fill out owner information and % owned, signature and a check made payable to "Corporate Document Services" to be mailed in a self addressed envelope and pay $147.50 and respond by 8/27/2025.
