I applied for a Barista position on Indeed. I was asked to do a "screening test" which was strange and probably AI. At no point did I interact with a real person. 2 weeks after the screening test I was "offered" the job and asked to fill out an I-9. The only info they have from me is usual resume information (name, address, phone, email). But offering a job without ever having talked to any physical people and having someone fill out forms right away is probably just an attempt to mine information. I did have to create an account to do the screening test.

I have been looking for a job online and I applied to several different recruiters like zipline or Careerbuilder and I believe he found me through CareerBuilder I we didn't interview over over email or Microsoft Office Team where you know like Zoom and so this went on for 4 days he had me go down and pay for a new ID to go through idme.com which was expensive by itself I don't have money this I needed a job so I passed the job interview and so for 4 days he was trying to get me he had me open a new bank account so that they could deposit money in my account this is actually horrible and beware his name is Brian Denmark I don't understand I'm a single parent I don't have money they tried to get me for $200 tell me I'll get paid better if I go open this program which cost about $200 on Microsoft or on Apple gift cards so he needed me to go get Apple gift cards for $200 but I didn't have it so he sent me a picture of a check to cash so I can go print it but of course I did not
