Agreed to a 1 time 1-day unlocking of digital content from “COL Pictures LLC” aka RocNovel, but was charged for that at $9.90 plus an ongoing pre-payment of $19.90 through linked PayPal for a novel site that was advertised on the iOS game app “money sort”. Unable to cancel account due to ongoing payment resolution case with PayPal and the TOCs listed on the content’s website.

This has apparently happened so many times that a similarly named legitimate company “clo pictures llc” had to pin a post on instagram noting they are not the same company and to acknowledge the hundreds of scam complaints that were erroneously sent to their CEO.
