I have had Col pictures llc via PayPal withdraw $9.99 every day at 9 am est. for the past week + and i have tried contacting them and PayPal only to be told my account doesn't exist, only 2 transactions come up on the PayPal. The only record is my steadily draining bank acct. I tried cancelling my debit card, and they have managed to extract another ten dollars gone at 9 am. Did not receive an email about it though, from PayPal. The previous 'payments' all did prior to me notifying my bank, 2 days ago.

I also have been having some attention from a 'romance' scammer on telegram. I blocked them and told them to auto delete my account on the 18th. I have barely had telgram a month, could this be the reason? I did NOT buy into anything so i am getting to my wits end.

Signed up for daily payment of $9.90, then increased to $19.90 multiple times/day, no phone number, website, email or complete city address to allow for cancellation contact.

Col Pictures LLC charged my PayPal account $19.90 six times and $9.90 one time.

Agreed to a 1 time 1-day unlocking of digital content from “COL Pictures LLC” aka RocNovel, but was charged for that at $9.90 plus an ongoing pre-payment of $19.90 through linked PayPal for a novel site that was advertised on the iOS game app “money sort”. Unable to cancel account due to ongoing payment resolution case with PayPal and the TOCs listed on the content’s website.

This has apparently happened so many times that a similarly named legitimate company “clo pictures llc” had to pin a post on instagram noting they are not the same company and to acknowledge the hundreds of scam complaints that were erroneously sent to their CEO.
