People are crazy
- EDD hung up / dropped the call had nothing to do with Claimyr.com
- No one is listening to your call . Put the Crack pipe down .
If it wasn't for this service I never would have gotten through to receive my payments.

I purchased this product thinking I would get through to EDD because I was entitled backpay. I already don’t trust the Internet and went out my way to pay to talk to a EDD representative it was a scam 100% what they did was recorded the EDD HOLD LINE The way you know is they do not offer you to be able to get a call back from EDD. And they play it on a recorded system you get through after about 20 minutes of being on hold you give them all your information to be able to file a claim in another state then they say they don’t have enough info for you and they need to put you on hold and transfer you to a tier 2 you get “Transferd”. From here you’ll be holding on for a “Tier” 2 for 30+ minutes which turns into three hours and then the phone call will hang up.I’ve called several times Using the system that they have set up in case your call was dropped I received the same EDD worker three times she’s a very argumentative older woman what is a chance of you receiving the same EDD Worker three times in one day? She even knew my case when I was talking to her she remembered me. Told me they were working on it. And when I finally got through to EDD representative I mentioned I had talk to someone and they said they had no record of the conversations I had from all the calls I made she said she didn’t know who I talk to but it wasn’t in their system and that’s when it hit me I had been scammed. I talk to two tier 2 reps and they said there was no record. Today I received a notice of claim filed through edd. I never filed a claim Which May havE [censored]ed up my process to get what i need.

I used ClaimYr to call EDD and it worked like a charm. They called me back in about twenty minutes with a hold line. A while later I was able to speak with a representative that fixed my claim. Although, I didn't need to use it, they do offer a guarantee if your call gets dropped. This site does automated bot reviews of websites and forms an assessment based on certain criteria. So, it's not always accurate in this case it is not. There is another review blog where the staff did an extensive analysis of ClaimYr. I was on hold. 20 mins later someone starts talking "ring geco, ring geco". I said hello and got hung up on. I really hope nobody is listening to our calls and stealing all our info. It was the strangest thing. I hope I didn't make a big mistake by using this company.

I was trying to reach someone at the California EDD for 3 days, and their system wouldn't even put me on hold, just hang up. I paid $20 to ClaimYR, and received a call back in 45 minutes and was talking with an EDD rep 15 minutes after that. The EDD rep DISCONNECTED me, and ClaimYR placed another call for me for FREE. 20 minutes later I was talking with another rep who resolved my claim issue. I'm so grateful I found this service. And shame on CA EDD for making it so impossible to reach anyone.

ClaimYR is charging claimants $20 to connect them to the state unemployment hotline. Claimants are often hung up on or not called at all and still are charged by this company.

You clearly didn't read they offer free call backs (the agency hangs up your call, not Claimyr)...you should do your research before posting.
