False advertising and jewelry

I saw an ad on Facebook a month ago about them going out of business and trying to get rid of merchandise. I paid the minimum shipping for a piece. After I found out I was being scammed, I contacted them to cancel the order. 30 min later I got a notification that it shipped, they then said they shipped the order and cannot cancel. If I don't want to be charged to return the pieces to China. I confronted them about their false advertising and they said it was on their website that they charge full price after 21 days if not returned and it's in the email after you purchase. Going through Facebook, you do not see this information. You only get the email after you order. It's nowhere on the confirmation page when you actually order nor reflected in the price. They didn't actually ship my package till a week after I tried to cancel on top of it. It was shady. I ended up going to my bank to cancel my card before they pulled any more money because others said it happened to them. The jewelry that arrived also was fake. It's fish tank rocks in plastic. Looks like it came from wish. I'm not paying international shipping to send this back. Don't order from them.

SCAM - Update

To the above complaint. They are refusing the re-issue my refund of $89 that was never received nor is pending on my Visa despite being provided proof by my bank. I will be filing a dispute claim with my bank. I returned their junk items. They steal people's money, this company is a complete scam!

And I have proof in writing from them that states that if I returned the items, sent proof of shipment tracking they would refund the $5.49 in shipping and the $89 they charged me for the items.

I ordered four crystal necklaces at the beginning of Jan 22 through Facebook, said they were going out of business, only pay shipping, which total was $5.49 for shipping. Few weeks later they billed my card $89. I emailed their customer service and stated that I did not sign up for any type of membership, etc. They stated their hidden "fine print" but told me that if I returned the necklaces and provided proof of trackable return shipment they would refund me the $5.49 shipping AND the $89. I did receive a credit back to my Visa for the $5.49 just a few days after (2/2/22) providing proof of return shipment tracking but have yet to receive the $89 refunded to my Visa despite going back and forth with them over their claim and screenshots that they did issue the $89 refund back to my card. They are trying to blame it on my bank that the $89 refund must be "pending" by my bank (still 2 weeks later) on my account but I have spoken to them and gotten proof that there is no pending or received $89 refund from them on my account which they claim was issued on the same date as they issued the $5.49 refund (issued 1/31/22 rcvd 2/2/22). I sent them proof direct from my bank yesterday and am waiting to hear back from them on my request for them to re-issue the $89 refund. I have yet to hear back from them today. Next will be filing a dispute on them with my bank as I have proof that they stated they would refund me the $89 and their screenshot claiming that they supposedly already did on 1/31 when they obviously did not.

Order a necklace.. heard nothing for 2 weeks. I sent an email demanding a tracking number since the snuck a charge for it. They replied said they were out of stock. I replied saying refund my money no reply. 3 weeks later necklaces show. Ok I'm over it. Until one month later they steal 89.00 from my account. I never received any email of notice that they intended to. I'm trying to fight it now. It's really [censored]ty jewelery which I assumed for
5 bucks. But for 90?! Oh hell no

We give our customers 21 days from the day of purchase to try and enjoy your unique pieces. Our customers are given this time to decide if they want to keep the jewelry for just the minimal shipping cost. If they do not want the pieces during this trial period, no hard feelings, we would gladly issue a full refund after the package is returned to us.

Complete SCAM to steal your money!!!

I ordered a necklace for 5.00 then a few weeks later without my authorization they stole $90.00 out of my account. I am usually so careful, but I was excited to get the necklace as a Christmas gift for someone, and I thought it was legit since it came up on my Facebook that's the only way I even knew about the company. I am a college student and don't have extra money to be stolen, I am so upset right now I feel helpless, stupid and can't even begin to say how upset this has made me. Their phone number on their site is a fake number, so there's no way of even getting ahold of them, not that it would make any difference anyways im sure. BEWARE AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHAKRAYAMA!

HOWEVER if they never sent you and pieces to preview and decide if you wanted to keep it send back within that 20 day period, they failed to uphold their end of the contract! I would contact your bank immediately if you haven't already and file fraudulent charges against them!

If you look at my comment replies to the other users on here, I explain what is the most likely reason they took this money and why. Not that it is justified in ANY way however, it absolutely is not okay what they are doing to people! They are manipulating the system and trying to work within loopholes available. Something you can also do with your bank or card company!

I saw this post on facebook said they were goin out of business. Ordered a couple necklaces and only paid yhe shipping of 3.49. I have not received my purchase but the company has tried to charge my checking account twice. Once for $60 and again for $42. I hope they are caught. And i will never again order anything i see on facebook.

Well im in the same boat... saw the ad on facebook. Saw two of them at that. I ordered 2 necklaces, i paid the 3.49 shipping. This was some time in November or December of 2021... today is January 22, 2022 and i still have not received my necklaces, and two weeks ago they tried to charge my checking account for $60. Then again today they triex to charge my card for $42... some people have acutalluly received their purchases but i have yet to receive mine. I dont even think i want it anymore! Im just upset that it was a scam and theyre robbing people.

I ordered because it said just pay shipping. I received knecklace although it's very beautiful the company then charged me 90 bucks without my permission. Luckily I had no money in my account because hell I was lucky to be able to afford it in the first place. But just wanted to warn people yes the jewelry is nice but you may as well cancel your card and get a new one if you use this company cuz they will charge you without permission...is it really worth the chance?

First I seen an ad on Facebook where they said they were going out of business and they said that we could get necklaces which were very cheap to begin with for free just pay the shipping and handling. I checked the fine print and there was nothing in the fine print when I made the original purchase about me being charged in the future. I received the product on January 4th and on January 18th at 3 a.m. that crappy company overdraft my bank account $120 without my permission. So what I did was contact them via email and phone multiple times before they finally got back to me and told me that it was part of the fine print that I did not read supposedly. They did accept back my product which is in route via USPS and once I sent them a photo of the tracking number they claimed to have issued me a refund but it still has not shown. I ended up having to cancel my debit card due to them doing these illegal transactions. I checked before I finalize my transaction with them to make sure that it was supposed to be free I can even email whoever is reading this at the Better Business Bureau the original add screenshots where it says free just pay shipping and handling I even have the original email where it does not say anything about me being charged in the future. On Facebook on the ad there are more than 200 comments of them doing this exact thing to multiple other people. A lot of the people can't get answers from them like I did. I only got answers from them because I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I threaten to file fraud charges and theft with the police. If they do not refund my money as they have claimed I will be filing a police report. I in no way would have done this had I known they were not really going out of business. I also never in a hundred million years would have done this transaction had I known they were going to try and charge me $120 for a crappy piece of painted glass where the paint is chipping and the necklace is just a piece of rope. $120 for a painted piece of glass and rope? Get out of here with that crap. What's ridiculous is that it took me at least five emails to finally get a Us location for the return so they could supposedly process my refund. Multiple times they kept giving me an address in China. I have all the screenshots of the original ad saying it was free I also have the screenshots from January 18th 2022 where it now says that after 21 days they charge you anywhere from 30 to $60 per piece of that crappy jewelry. Then why did I get charged 120? I don't want them to be able to do this again to anybody else. Please would you guys please investigate this crap company take away their license get them shut down something. They took my grocery money I had for my 16 month old because Tuesday is my grocery day so I have no money to buy food for my child because of these garbage people and garbage company. If you would like more of the screenshots in relation to the original ad as well as the emails that I received I am more than happy to provide that please just email me and I will provide that immediately upon receipt of the email

Yes - I am an actual person who really did order from them. But, I ordered on a gift card that only had like maybe $6.00 on it because I wasn't willing to let them have access to a bank card. I am too skeptical and too overly untrusting of everything like this! Im adding photos of their page from a different item (even though it's on all of them) and a photo of the necklace I ordered and received.
