CCI*Hotel Reservations Reports & Reviews – Page 3 (75)

Had a transaction of $77.82 for Friday May 7th and I was out of town with family. I want a refund or I'm calling a lawyer. I want to press charges if someone used my CC #.
Thanks,

I googled hotels in Pullman, WA to attend a football game next fall. It took me to Quality Inn at Paradise Creek website and then for reservations it was thru CCI Hotel Reservations. They charged me 2800.00 double the amount of the original price for the 3 hotel rooms and would not let me cancel. My credit card company said only option to not pay is to report them to the District attorney of WA state and try to take CCI Hotel Reservations to small claims court. They are a huge scam! And yes, I was stupid to make reservations online and I never will again. Always call the hotel directly! Hard lesson to learn!

I booked a room advertised on line thinking it was Price Line, the rate listed was $118.
All information on line about room and beds, credit card but no confirmation #, another site with large numbers 4 0 4 and a foreign accent operator asked for e-mail and confirm credit card, I asked to confirm name of Motel ( Hampton Inn) and address and she gave me A confirmation # after I requested one. I asked total and told $189, said it was tax, I asked to cancel transaction and was told it could not be cancelled. I ended up cancelling credit card.

I thought I was making reservation at the Best Western in Houston Texas through the hotel however, CCI was a third party so I decided to cancel my reservation so I called them asking for a refund and they stated that the policy stated that there was no refund with cancellation, so I asked for a credit and they stated no credit, how could a company take your money and not give you a credit or your money back. I had booked a five days at the Best Western for $350. and I would like a refund.

I booked a room and thought I was going through the hotel instead I got booked through CCI Traveling agency. So I cancelled my reservation and wanted a refund they stated that there was no refund and no credit. So I submitted my complaint to Better Business Bureau, because I would like to be refunded back $350.00 you cannot take someone money and not give them a refund back. I also disputed this expense with my bank. I could be reached at [email protected] 213-952-5252

I thought I was booking on Hampton Inn’s direct website. I was using my phone to make the reservation. When I hit the final confirm for my reservation a screen popped up saying I was using Hotel Values. Two days later one of my kids tested positive for Covid. The photo below shows that even on the Hotel Values site the cancellation policy is the same as the Hotel’s cancellation policy. I called the hotel. I can cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. My reservation is almost a week away. I called the Hotel Values aka CCI Res and they said I have to supply Covid results. Fine but that’s not Hamptons cancellation policy. He kept saying that I agreed to the terms. I said “The terms of cancellation are the same as the Hotel’s” He said this is their policy. I asked him if they call themselves “The Hotel” because that’s the wording they have on their site. I submitted the Covid test results now waiting to hear back. After reading these reviews I’m not feeling hopeful. This complaint needs to be stopped.

Pretty much the same. I thought I was using "Hotels.com" for a hotel in Dixon, CA. Before I realized it and tried to back out of the transaction, I was navigated to and booked thru CCI*Hotels for a hotel in Dixon, IL. They (Hotel & CCI) didn't offer me any solution so I'm disputing thru Cap1.

We tried to book a hotel at the Hilton in Santa Fe, moments after booking the room online; we realized we had been redirected to CCI*HOTEL RES. The new price was higher than the Hilton website. We called immediately to cancel the reservation and were denied a refund. I called Visa to cancel the purchase, but Visa said, "Once we press, I agree, we were responsible for the charge."

Unable to cancel the charge, we arrived at the Hilton Santa Fe and discovered CCI*HOTEL RES had not made a reservation but had charged our credit card $250. That's correct, CCI*HOTEL RES did not book a room for us, refused to give us a refund, and then made us jump through hoops with Visa to be reimbursed.

Be careful when you book a room online. Make sure you are directed to the proper website to reserve a room.

Made Reservations at Holiday Inn Express in Clanton Al that showed rate $133.00. When I checked out the room charge was $126.83. The charges thru CCI was 166.37 and I was also charged 19.99 by reservations.com. There is something illegal about what is going on here! They scammed me out of $60.53. I intend to get to the bottom of this!

I booked on their site that showed up as if it was a Hilton doubletree in Norwalk CT. $83.00 a night best rate pay now and save. After checkout they added a fee of about $101.00. This brought the cost up to more than if I had made a reservation on a room for $104.00 a night on the Hilton website that had free cancellationsand changes. They are refusing to refund my money. Once it posts on my credit card I will attempt to dispute it as being false information with hidden fees.

I HAVE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR $344.45 FOR A ROOM ON 02/09/21. THE CHARGE CAME FROM TEXAS.I HAVE NOT BEEN TO TEXAS RECENTLY. I CHECKED WITH MY FAMILY. NO ONE HAS BEEN TO TEXAS THIS YEAR. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH CCI* HOTEL RESERVATIONS SEVERAL TIMES BUT ONLY GET A MACHINE. I HAVE SEEN WARNINGS OF A SCAM FOR THIS SITE. TRYING TO RECOVER THE $344.45.

I book a hotel reservation back in January for a conference in March. I canceled my hotel reservation due to the covid pandemic. I thought that I got my money since I had a confirmation that my reservation was cancelled. Going through my credit card statement, I found out that I was charged a $247.39 fee for hotel reservation and a $12.99 hotel booking fee. Now, I realized that I never got a refund. Done with any websites promoting deals and sales.

Scammed out of over five hundred dollars for a reservation never made. As soon as the transaction finalized, the company went black. No method of contact, no followup, nothing.

Research revealed that they actually made the reservation. However, fraudulent transactions began appearing on my account.

I made a reservation which the company added a ridiculous service fee so I called back and immediately cancelled the reservation. The company charged over $300 and claims they issued a refund which they did not. They are claiming it is an issue with my bank which my bank has assured me it is not.

I got over 1000$ taken out of my card and service fees of up to 300 do not use this website

I paid $233 for two rooms and got one

They got me for 168 dollars then a 19.99 charge and I'm trying to get it back but my bank doesn't seem to be doing anything as bout it it's robbery this is BS

I discovered a charge on my credit card for a hotel reservation I did not make. I haven’t been anywhere for over a year due to the covid virus. My credit card company will not approve my dispute because I have no documentation. You can’t have documentation for something you didn’t do! I now have requested the help of our states attorney general. I basically paid for a vacation I never had.

Went to booking online and was giving the 800 number. Went to the hotel and was told there was no reservation for me. I had two pending transactions from CCIres tx 114. Still pending in my account and can’t get ahold of anybody for help! Complete scammers
