At about 11:00 AM 4/13/17 I received a phone call - no one answered immediately, so I up.

At 11:07 I received another call from the same phone #. I answered the call with "Hello".

The scammer asked, "Can you hear me?" I said "No" and hung up.

When I answer the phone, a woman says "Hello". So I said "yes" which I immediately realized I shouldn't have done. I've gotten this call a couple of times already - the woman says "Oh my headset slipped". Since I've read about this I always hang up but I did say "yes" without thinking first.

Received call from my local area This is John from customer service, can you hear me ok. Knee jerk reaction was to say YES. That's when it hit me that this was a scam, at which point I hung up. But I suspect the damage was done.
