Documents look like they are from the State of NJ for 2024 - Annual Report Instructions. Asking for $195.00 to file report, plus $25.00 if you make any changes.

I didn't realize it was a "fake" NJ document, until I pulled out my old file and saw I was paying $78! The paperwork looked odd, so I then looked up their phone number, and it came up a scam.
